This Privacy Policy explains how M Starly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, begin a checkout for The 7-Day Survival Mode Reset, purchase the Product through lava.top, or contact us.
2. Information handled by this website
Checkout information. When you start checkout on this website, you enter an email address and confirm that you accept the Terms and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. The email address is sent through our server-side checkout function to lava.top so lava.top can create your purchase checkout. In the current configuration, we do not use that email to subscribe you to M Starly marketing.
Essential website data. The site uses an essential, signed cookie to remember when your 12-hour offer began. The cookie contains a timestamp and cryptographic signature, not your email address. Cloudflare may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps, and security logs to operate and protect the site.
Messages to us. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message.
3. Information handled by lava.top
When your checkout is created, lava.top and its payment providers may process your email address, transaction information, payment information, device/network information, and other information necessary to process the purchase, prevent fraud, provide customer access, comply with legal obligations, and support the transaction. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.
Successful purchases and related customer-access records may be visible to us in the lava.top creator dashboard to the extent lava.top makes that information available to creators.
4. How we use information
- to create the lava.top checkout at the price shown to you;
- to provide purchase and technical support;
- to protect the website and troubleshoot technical problems;
- to maintain records where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. No automatic marketing subscription
The email address required to begin checkout is used for the purchase flow and customer access. Entering it does not by itself subscribe you to an M Starly newsletter or promotional mailing list. If we introduce optional marketing signup later, it will be presented separately and this Policy will be updated as appropriate.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers that are necessary to operate the website and purchase flow:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, serverless functions, security, DNS/network delivery, and related technical operations;
- lava.top — checkout creation, payment handling through available payment providers, purchase records, customer access, and digital-content delivery.
These providers process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. lava.top’s privacy policy is available at lava.top/en/docs/policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
7. Payments
Payment details are entered into lava.top or a payment provider used by its checkout. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers or card security codes on mstarly.com. Payment methods, verification steps, and payment-provider data practices are controlled by lava.top and the payment provider presented at checkout.
8. Cookies and tracking
In the current configuration, this project does not include Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or other advertising analytics scripts. The site uses the essential offer-timer cookie described above. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this Policy and the site’s consent controls should be updated before they are enabled where consent is required.
9. Data retention
The essential offer cookie may remain on your browser for up to one year unless you delete it earlier. Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet legitimate legal or recordkeeping needs. lava.top retains transaction, account, and purchase-access information according to its own policies and legal obligations.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small digital-product service, including a server-side Lava API credential and a signed offer cookie. Payment credentials are not placed in public website code. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
For information processed directly by lava.top, requests may need to be submitted to lava.top under its privacy policy. For information controlled by M Starly, contact us using the address below.
Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures. In the current configuration, we do not sell personal information and do not use this site to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Children
The website and Product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit purchases from children through this site.
13. International processing
Cloudflare, lava.top, and payment providers may process information in countries different from your country of residence. Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
