1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Sale & Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products offered under the M Starly brand, including The 7-Day Survival Mode Reset (the “Product”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
2. What you are buying
The Product is a digital educational and self-help resource delivered electronically. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Product descriptions, included materials, price, and any time-limited offer displayed on the website form part of your order at the time your checkout is created.
3. Educational resource — not medical care
The Product is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition and does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other professional relationship. Individual experiences vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing a health routine, especially if you are pregnant, taking medication, managing an existing condition, or have concerns about your physical or mental health. 4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Product.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The price transmitted to the payment platform when your checkout is created is the price used for that transaction. Payments are processed through lava.top and payment providers available through its checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. Your bank, card issuer, lava.top, or another payment provider may apply their own terms, verification requirements, currency conversion, or fees.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges that legally apply to your purchase unless they are collected at checkout.
6. Digital delivery and access
After a successful payment, access to the paid Product content is provided through lava.top. The purchase is associated with the email address used at checkout and may also appear in the customer’s lava.top “My Purchases” area. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.
If you paid successfully but cannot access the Product, contact support@mstarly.website with your purchase email and, if available, your lava.top payment or invoice reference. We may coordinate with lava.top support where necessary.
7. Refund policy
Because the Product is digital and access is provided electronically after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund, reversal, or other remedy is required by applicable law or by mandatory payment-platform or payment-provider rules. A change of mind, failure to use the Product, or dissatisfaction with personal results does not by itself create a right to a refund.
If a verified payment was charged but access cannot be delivered because of a technical issue, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
8. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print a personal copy where the platform permits it.
You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, distribute copies, reproduce substantial portions, remove ownership notices, create a competing product from the materials, or otherwise exploit the Product commercially without prior written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The Product, website design, copy, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to M Starly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchase.
10. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee that the Product will produce a particular physical, emotional, financial, professional, sleep, stress, or other outcome. Your circumstances, consistency, health, environment, and many other factors may affect your experience.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M Starly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or Product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Third-party services
The website relies on third-party services including Cloudflare for hosting and serverless infrastructure and lava.top for checkout, payment handling, customer purchase access, and digital-content delivery. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control.
Use of lava.top is also subject to its applicable platform terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be modified by us.
14. Changes to the Product or these Terms
We may update the website, Product, or these Terms from time to time. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown on this page and do not remove rights that already accrued under applicable law.
15. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the law that applies to the seller and transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you based on where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
